Basketry – Making of Basket
Basketry is a craft which involves weaving or twining flexible materials together to create containers which are known as baskets.

  • Flower Basket- Flower baskets are often used as an exclusive gifts to the loved ones. It is considered as a best way to express your feelings.

  • Picnic Basket - Picnic baskets are comparatively bigger in size and often have a double-hinged top so the contents can be easily placed. Some picnic baskets even possess holders for plates and other cutleries.

  • Decorative Basket- Decorative baskets may be used simply for decoration or to hold other items. They may be carved out of rush, vine, straw, wood or fabric, among many other materials.

  • Easter Basket- One fine example of basket used for recreation is the Easter basket. These may be bought as void baskets or as a huge candy and gift assortment. Easter baskets are commonly seamed with plastic Easter "grass" and used to hold Easter eggs at the yearly search.
